Triumph Tiger 100
Named because Triumph guaranteed every Tiger 100 engine had been run on the test bench at over 100 mph (161 km/h), the T100 was the fastest standard production motorcycle in the world at the outbreak of WWII. Its 499 cc twin was hand-built and blueprinted to tolerances far beyond normal production engines.
