Mazda 323 Familia (1st Gen)
The original Familia — sold as the Mazda 800 in some markets — was the car that made Mazda a volume player in Japan. Its 360 cc and later 577 cc engines were undersized by Western standards but reliable, and the model line established Mazda's dealer network across Japan.
