Chevrolet Corvette C4 ZR-1

The "King of the Hill" Corvette used a Lotus-developed LT5 DOHC V8 co-designed with Mercury Marine, producing 375 hp initially and rising to 405 hp by 1993. In an era of 150 hp mediocrity, the ZR-1 was a genuine supercar.
