🔧 Rover 3.5L Aluminium V8 Engine
The Rover V8 was purchased from General Motors (originally the Buick 215 V8) in 1965 and refined by Rover into one of Britain's most iconic engines. Its all-aluminium construction made it remarkably light — 193 kg complete — and it found a home in the Range Rover from 1970, Land Rover Discovery, and Range Rover P38, as well as Morgan, TVR, MG, and Rover cars. The same basic architecture powered British vehicles for nearly 40 years.
