Mavic Cosmic SL 45 Carbon Wheelset

Mavic's Cosmic SL 45 is the 45 mm carbon allroad/endurance wheelset that bridges Mavic's aero road and gravel categories. Its Fore Drilling spoke bed technology — drilling spokes from outside to inside the rim — improves spoke retention under side loads. Scott has specified Mavic Cosmic wheels on its Foil and Addict road bikes as OEM; the SL 45 represents the latest generation. Mavic's benefit as a supplier is its integrated wheel system: Mavic spokes, Mavic hub, and Mavic rim are engineered as a matched unit with no aftermarket compatibility required for service.
