Ram Trucks D100 Sweptline
The Dodge D100 Sweptline introduced the wide, stylish "Sweptline" bed design that gave the truck a dramatically lower and wider appearance. Its unibody construction (replaced by frame construction in 1961 on later models) and Slant-Six engine combination offered fuel economy and durability that V8 competitors could not match.
