DAF Trucks FT2800
The DAF FT2800 was the company's entry into the heavy-haul class-8 tractor market — a cab-over design with a 280-hp Cummins or DAF turbodiesel and space enough for a bunk. Dutch flower exporters, Portuguese fish haulers, and British express carriers all used the FT2800 for its reliability and parts availability.
