BMW Motorrad R100 RS
The R100 RS was the first mass-production motorcycle with a full fairing designed in a wind tunnel. BMW's Hans Muth styled the fairing that reduced drag and dramatically improved high-speed stability, allowing cruising speeds of 200 km/h in comfort — quite impossible on naked bikes of the era.
