Honda Giorno

The Honda Giorno is Japan's chicest urban scooter — its circular headlamp, curved bodywork, and pastel colour palette were directly inspired by the Vespa. Honda launched it to capture female urban riders in Japan, and it became a cultural symbol. The Giorno's 49cc 4-stroke engine (rare in Japan where 2-strokes dominated) gave it a cleaner image.
