Aprilia SR50 DiTech
The SR50 DiTech (Direct Injection Technology) was the world's first 50cc scooter with direct fuel injection. Aprilia's Orbital direct-injection system injected fuel directly into the combustion chamber (not the intake port), reducing fuel consumption by 35% and CO emissions by 70% vs conventional 2-stroke carburettors. A technological landmark in small-scooter engineering.
