Pinarello Opera
Pinarello's Opera was the first bicycle to use the asymmetric frame construction that defines modern Pinarello design. Acknowledging that chainring side loads differ from freehub side loads, Pinarello offset the chainstay and seatstay to provide equal stiffness on both sides — a philosophy still used on the Dogma today.
